Client Interaction Conduct client meetings, understand their requirements, and provide suitable design solutions. Offer free consultations and build trust through a personalized approach. Follow up with warm leads to ensure higher conversion rates. 3. Field Activities Visit builders, hardware stores, architectural firms, Listing websites and apartment complexes to establish a network of referrals. Represent the company at exhibitions, workshops, and community events to generate leads. 4. Sales Process Management Maintain accurate records of client interactions and leads in the CRM.
